Enery Boosters, these people are necessary to drive our spirit when its down. They appreciate us on every small good thing we do.They are always near us to give a gentle tap on our shoulders saying "Good Work, WellDone".
Where can we find them? Within each one of us. Take some time to appreciate others, their cute actions. Just a phone call, a mail, if you see them in person a happy note on the same, will drive them. These small deeds of us will bring smile in the face of others, that is worth a million.
Appreciating any small action, is not humiliation... There are people who will look differently at you.But indeed they will feel happy when others recognize their action.
So let us all try to be Enery Boosters bringing positive vibration around us.

Telling Lies No Papa
This is a sentence from the kindergarden Rymes, I am sure 99%of us will remember. As we grow older we just remember it as a rymes but forget the real meaning of it.In the current world hiding the TRUTH and telling loads of lies has become the essence of life.
I Hate telling lies, for me hiding things and pretending is the worst of all crimes. There is something which always prick me, I have seen a lot of people who speak 0 TRUTH, but lead quite Happy life, they get what they want, they are even been beleived. In many situations I had grumbled saying "no use telling the truth", people around dont even know the difference between truth and lie, they appreciate liars very often.
I happened to read "Arthamulla Hindumatham" by Kavingar Kannnadasan, there I found the solution for my doubt.Liars though they are accepted and appreciated in the present, they will face the consequence for there doing in the near future, if not them there children will happen to suffer for there wrong doings.Truth Always Wins.
Telling lies for no noble cause is neither smartness nor shrewdness, it is pure cowardice, inability of a person to face the world boldly. In the course of time he loses his originality and lives a lie.Let us be brave enough to stand by truth at all times.

3 Idiots- Should watch
I never watch Hindi Movies, because I dont know Hindi. My husband suggested we should see 3 Idiots, I was like Okkk.As it was quite boring I tried an online version of it.The Movie was really EXCELLENT.I was too impressed by the Movie and that made me pen this post.
Hats off to the Director Mr.Hirani, the way he has done the screenplay is too good.Making a film from a book is too difficult, I think he has done justice to the book(I dint read it).
Castings are apt, the three idiots, the silencer, professor mainly. The way they have said the FlashBack is interesting there is no drop in the tempo.
Usually in Tamil cinemas except few, Story is for the hero, everything revolves around him. Here story is the Hero and Amir Khan has been moulded as ranchoor. The story appears to be taken from real life(some engineer). They have potrayed exactly an Engineering college.

Planning to Shift?- Some tips for u
Planning to shift ur things from one city to another within India, then I think my experience will help you.
We shifted our house from Bangalore to Chennai. I called up nearly 7 to 8 packers and movers and asked for quotation. The price they quoted varied from 7500 to 13000. Things at home weren't much, so I bargained(In India anything shud be bargained else we will be fooled) and made it as 5500 with Chennai Packers and movers.
On the day of packing, nearly 5-6 people came home and started packing simultaneously. Some of the very important things that we should note are:
1. While packing washing machine- ask them to use the carton that came with machine, especially a square shaped thermocol should be placed at the bottom of the machine, else the motor will be affected.
2. For refrigerator again use its carton, remove the bushes at the bottom else u will not get them when delivered
3. For kitchen utensils ask them to fill in the cartons properly, else they will just half fill them just to increase the count.
4. Glass items- one person should stand with them, ask them to cover it with paper/cloth and pack it safely so that it doesnt get damaged.
5. After packing, just number the cartons and make a note of the items.
The packers will confirm even promise that the things will be delivered the next day, but I guarantee you, it will take atleast a couple of days, for which u have to continuosly call them and track.
One thing that I learnt is, packers are least bothered about the condition of the goods delivered, it is our responsibilty to have sufficient people at home to monitor each packing, even then on delivery you will find some cartons torn, GOD only knows whether any small items were droped on its way.
Take care have a safe packing and moving of ur House hold items.....
